I plan on donating more of my time to help my community at no charge for my marketing services.

My marketing consulting business is off to a great start since it began last July. I work with food, beverage and industrial clients along with non-profits organizations. Call it paying it back or paying it forward – I just want to find a way to be helpful and say thank you to the universe.

I thought I’d ask if there is some way I might be useful to you or someone you know.

I’m setting aside several hours per week of free marketing consulting time to do some pro bono work for worthy causes or businesses doing important work and making a difference.

Maybe I can help a young person trying to find some direction with their career, help a start-up doing valuable work with healthy foods or meaningful services that help elderly, homeless or other challenged communities.

In the last six months; I supported a few individuals, nonprofits, startups and solopreneurs in my spare time. Now I want to do more.

Say hello to THE GRATITUDE PROJECT.

Doing this work is a personal reminder to be grateful for all the blessings in my life. I am committed to finding the time to use whatever marketing and business talents I have to help others without asking anything in return. I am inspired by the memory of my father, Jack Slater, who would have turned ninety years old this week.

  • Is there a non-profit who might benefit from some marketing ideas to help them with their mission?
  • Are you or someone you know in need of coaching, counsel or consulting guidance with your career?
  • Will 2017 be the year you think about starting a socially responsible business and need advice from an experienced entrepreneur?
  • Is there a marketing challenge you have been struggling with in the business you work that benefits an underserved community?

Call, text or email me and let’s chat.  I only have a few hours to donate each week, but I will try and help as many people as I can. Please feel free to share this with people you know who I might help.

With gratitude,

Jeff
