As a small business owner I know how easy it is to get caught up in the day to day events of trying to keep your business afloat but since my business is providing marketing solutions I also recognize the need to differentiate yourself from the competition in ways that are real. Since I sell promotional products I like to walk the walk so I send hand written notes on branded notepads to clients and prospects thanking them for their time or for a recent order etc. I have found that this little touch has had a huge impact on my business. Your article has some great ideas that are more about time and effort rather than huge budgets.]]></description>
