Thought I knew the playing field. Never heard of these folls. There was one other family MA business, name escapes me. As ethnic/tradtiional as they are pierogies growth was contingent on product application beyond sauteeing the potato dumpling beyond butter and onions. Product applicaions will be key for all pocket foods. Great opp for sauce companies.
