What happens when a robot replaces the chef in the kitchen?

Spyce, a Boston-based business is the genius of four MIT graduates and foodpreneurs who believed there was a way to eat healthy at an affordable price point. Starting at $7.50, a healthy meal is developed by a human chef and you pick and choose the protein, vegetables, and flavors for your meal. Because of automation, the meal is delivered in 3 minutes versus the average twenty minutes.

By using robots for the mixing and cooking, expenses are eliminated while offering a consistent meal. he robot kitchen using one method – sauteing and the robot chefs never take a break and are always on time.

As you can see in the video, they still employ people to work in the restaurant but the cooking and cleaning are done by the bots allowing the people to connect and engage. With automation, they can put fast into fast food but also healthy and reasonably priced.

Spyce is going to change how food is consumed, one bowl at a time.

Welcome to the future.
